I got locked out of my home and Joe stayed with me and actually got me back into the house. Jason came over the next day and took care of a window and door that that the person opening the lock messed up. He also replaced the glass in my front door at no cost and it looks great. I don't think I could say enough. Replaced 10 windows in one day. No mess afterwards which is very important with young kids and animals. Workmanship is truly top of the line. I went from out dated single pain windows to the ones recommended by the owner and saw a significant decrease in my power usage. I was using 7.5 kw per 15 min cycle to 2.4kw and the system ran half as often. the electrical savings over the next few years will pay for these windows as well as increase the value and look of my home tremendously. I have always had a difficult time finding quality contractors to work on my house in Texas, since I live... read moreI have always had a difficult time finding quality contractors to work on my house in Texas, since I live in Alabama and cannot oversee the projects. I had Window Pros of Texas replace the windows in my house that was built in 1956. Robert was very professional, and gave me a competitive quote to replace all the windows and storm doors. Three months later, when I was able to visit the property, I was overjoyed with the quality of both the windows and the installation. They fit and were trimmed perfectly. My father built houses for a living, so I know good quality work when I see it. About a year after the job was completed my real-estate agent reported that the glass was broken on one of the storm doors, possibly an accident caused by my lawn service. I called Robert to ask if he could have the glass repaired. Not only did he repair the glass, but did so at no cost to me. If you need windows replaced, these are the folks you want to call. read less
